* Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
* Curry Leaves (Kari Limri)
* Ginger (Adrak)
* Turmeric (Haldi)
* Asafoetida (Hing)
* Lemon Juice (Limbu)
* Kastoori Leaves (Dried Fenugreek leaves)
* Salt (Nimak)
* Boiled Potatoes (Bateta)
The above recipe is very mild and uses no Onion or Garlic so is suitable for people on a Jain diet,
but you can also add the following:
