Potato Kugel. Recipe by Always Yummy!

Kugel is considered a traditional Jewish dish the recipes of which had appeared many centuries ago in Germany. Kugel is a casserole or pie of round shape made as a rule of potato, noodles and vegetables. It is amazing that such an extremely tasty casserole with crispy crust and soft inside can be made of the simplest ingredients as potato, onion and eggs.
