Hermosa 1st Ride

Hermosa is a 3-year-old Andalusian mare. I have been working with Mo on ground work and getting her started under saddle. She is a sweet, willing, and very intelligent mare. All these thing you will probably notice in the video. The video was taken on December 14, 2008. This was the first time Mo was introduced to a rider. The rider in the video is me. The person on the ground is my trainer. We are both experienced and Mo has been very well prepared for everything we introduced to her that day. I started with longing as I normally do. This is not in the video. (This is plenty long enough!) Everything you see in the video is exactly what we did and what happened. The only cutting was to make it short enough for YouTube.
