Friendly handcuff training volunteer

I volunteer to help the Japanese translator do his handcuff training with the San Diego Coast Guard. The rest of the class was on a smoke break, and he has been so busy translating between the instructors and students that he didn’t get to practice. I happily handed over my camera and volunteered!
