Pragmatic Kenjutsu: Musashi’s Five Attacks and Three Parries

I’ve been hesitant to drop this one because it’s kind of long (sorry about that) and covers a LOT of stuff probably too quickly, but I figured I’d get it out there because I’ll be referring back to these concepts and techniques a lot in future videos. Anything you want more clarification on, comment below and I’ll get to it. And there will be more discussion of Musashi of course. As stated in the video, this is not any representation of the Koryu Niten Ichi Ryu, just my own experience applying Musashi’s advice to the pragmatic use of the sword.
