Always Moving, Always Progressing

I don’t make videos much, so thought it was time for at least a progression video. It’s been 5 years since I started Parkour in 2008, and it’s been real awesome. And the great thing about it all is, parkour is something we can continue to improve and excel in, whether its vaulting over a rail, or inspiring others to keep moving.
