#52 CHOR PAKLAVA: Armenian Traditional Baklava Ingredients: 454 grams of room temperature butter 5 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of baking power 3 egg yogs 16 oz sour cream Make a dough. Add more flour as needed. Divide the dough to 3 parts. Two equal part and one slightly bigger. Two smaller doughs will be the bottom layer and the big one will be the top layer. Filling: 3 egg whites 2 cups of sugar 2 cups of chopped walnuts less then a teaspoon of cinamon Brush 3 egg yogs on top and bake at 350 degree oven for an hour. Enjoy!!!
