Elsmere Police Officers Save The Life Of 3-Month-Old Baby Not Breathing

** (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) ** Elsmere, Kentucky — Bodycam footage released by Elsmere Police Department captures the moments a police officer saved a 3-month-old girl who was not breathing. Officer Brian Evans was just on his eighth day with the Elsmere Police Department when he and his partner, Officer Alexis Day, were dispatched to a report of a three-month-old baby not breathing. The two were working together because Officer Evans was still training after taking the job on April 1. Evans has prior experience as a police officer in Lexington and a firefighter too. Immediately, after Officer Evans placed the baby facedown and gently slapped her back to clear her airway, his partner Day took the baby to calm her down. Evans and Day were given the department’s Life Saving Award. Baby Kaylee is home and doing fine. Donate to PoliceActivity: Like us on Facebook:
