This secret Santa book is made from silver lined red and gold delica beads and on the cover is a delightful Christmas tree in a shaped panel. The spine of the book shows a holly leaf and Santas monogram (it is his book after all!) So what is the secret with Santa’s book? Unlock the bead clasp and open the book to find it is not a book at all – it’s a box! A truly special box to place that very precious little present, like jewellery, money, a note, a USB stick or SD card of photos or even a sweet for Santa! Techniques used in this pattern are Odd Count Peyote and Round Peyote. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic instructions and there are 66 detailed steps. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. This pattern takes approximately 8 hours to bead. There are 7 delica colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately (w) x 5cm (h) x (h) 1 x 4mm gold plated bead is required and Fireline 6lb thread is recommended along with the use of a no tangle thread bobbin.
