We decided to take one of our favorite bracing drills (the wall bug) and modify it a bit to challenge the shoulder girdle in a unique way. This variation requires a rack (or possibly a wall), and a KB or DB. Like all deadbug variations make sure you move slowly, with intent, and spend time in the positions/joint ranges that feel the most challenging.
