Technique Tuesday: Deadlifts

Everybody should deadlift. Everybody! Yes, even you. But you should understand the deadlift and how and why you’re deadlifting. Most people don’t understand this exercise, so here’s my dissertation. I could talk all day about deadlifts, and the how’s and whys, and the nuances of the movement, but here I kept it to 25 minutes. I hope this helps.
