BEAM COMPASS – TRAMMEL POINTS
“Essentially, a giant compass”
** DETAILS **
HOW LONG TO MAKE: 2 hours each
HARDEST PART(s): Shaving off the concrete nail heads
HOW FOUND: For my circle routing jig, I needed a trammel to scribe the circle sections. Looked it up on the internet for a DIY version, found this guy’s video and liked it.
MATERIALS: Brass knurled rod, countersunk machine screw, 3’ threaded rod, concrete nails
NOTES: They work great!
