Developed and published by Taito in 1992 The third game in the Rastan trilogy, released only in Japan and probably my favourite of the all the games. The graphics in this Golden Axe-style side-ways scroller are absolutely fabulous, really capturing the essence of Robert E. Howard’s Conan mythology, on which the games are based. The other thing to note is the weird aspect ratio. The arcade machine was, in fact, two displays combined using Darius twin screen arcade hardware, resulting in the massive horizontal screen width!
