Chitral-Booni-Mastuj-shandur-Gilgit Expressway Constructions

Audience Chitral Shandor Gilgit Road Project is located in the north of Pakistan and is one of the major highways connecting the Karakoram Highway, which is of great importance in improving the existing traffic capacity in the region. The construction of Upper Chitral-Shandor-Gilgit road has been started at present and after 40 years the construction of roads has started here which has spread the feeling of happiness and joy among the people of the area. The construction work of Gilgit-Chitral Expressway is currently underway at 5 places in view of the difficulties in the promotion of tourism and transportation of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan. More than Rs 50 billion will be spent on this important project. This project is the largest project in the history of the region.
