First half is really anti Raiden with the Honed Spirit buff. Her damage is still enough though. In EM build, C3 Raiden is just as strong as a C0. Kazuha, however, is very broken at C2. I had to change to Thoma to counter the Primo Vishap at chamber 2, since I needed Kazuha for the Heralds.
