Aggressive Boxers at San Antonio ACS

A citizen attempted to turn in two aggressive Boxers who attempted to attack his dog as well as terrorize children in his neighborhood. ACS refuses to take the dogs and tells the citizen he must call 311 (which he did prior to his arrival at ACS). ACS tells the citizen the aggressive dogs need to be removed and he must return in 48 hours.
