Girwachh or Rickwach is vegetarian dish from India. It is also called Patra, Arbi ke pakode, Patrode etc. It is made from colocasia leaves stuffed with besan and flavourings such as spices. Girwachh is a very popular, and this is because it combines those rare qualities of flavour and good health. colocasia leaves are very nutritious. And when girwachh is made from it, it tastes marvellous. In Patra a smooth paste of besan with spices, sweet and sour flavours is applied over the leaves, rolled and steamed.
