For making mawa -
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Milk - ½ Cup
Desi ghee - 1 Tsp
for sugar syrup -
Sugar - 1 Cup
Water - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - ½ Tsp
For making balls -
All purpose flour - ¼ Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Milk - 5-6 Tsp
Oil / Desi ghee - for deep fry
