Hara chana or Green chickpea is easily available in the winter season. Green Gram Wheat Kachori is very popular in winter. We can enjoy eating them with tea in the evening or at breakfast. Hara Chana Kachori tastes well with green chutney or tomato chutney. Normally kachories are made with maida but in this recipe I have used wheat flour. Kachoris are fried to give them the crunchy crust.
