Stentrode™: Translating thought into action

In a world first, paralysed patients in a clinical trial are using the Australian-developed Stentrode device to translate their thoughts into action. Stentrode reads brain signals and transmits them to a computer that then interprets them into onscreen commands, like click and drag, directed by eye-tracking software.
