A Perfect homemade Thandai recipe this Holi. Kesariya Thandai Ingredients quantity milk ½ lt Almonds 2 tbsp Pistachio 2tbsp Cashewnuts 2tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Saunf 1 tbsp Khus khus 2 tbsp Melon seeds 1 tbsp Cardamom whole 6-8 no. Charoli 1 tbsp Saffron .5 Grams Saffron syrup 1 tsp 1tsp Sugar 4-5 tbsp Sugar color crystal 1tsp Ice cubes 4-5 no. Method 1. First in pan add milk and let it heat properly. 2. Now in other pan add almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts, black pepper, saunf, melon seeds, cardamom whole, Charoli and dry roast in properly. 3. Once you start getting the aroma switch off the flame. Turn off the flame of milk as well. 4. Now add the masala in the mixer jar and blend it properly in powder form. 5. Now remove the masala in a bowl and keep aside. 6. Now in the same blender jar add ice cubes, Thandai masala, saffron, sugar, saffron syrup, and milk and blend in properly. 7. Now for serving, take a plate and put some saffron syrup on it and in other plate add some colorful sugar crystal.
