Chana dal crushed 2cup
Green chilies 4no. 2-4no.
Ginger ½ inch
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing 1 ½ tbsp 1tbsp
Eno 1tsp
Water as required
Sugar 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Hing 1tsp
Curry leaves 5-6no.
Method
1. Soak the dal for 3-4 hours and then grind it in the mixer grinder and let it ferment overnight.
2. Now in the mix grinder, grind ginger and green chillies by adding some water in it.
