Salyu: ’Kaifuku Suru Kizu’ (The Wound That Heals), for marimba duo and soprano

Lily Chou-Chou are an initially fictional Japanese band that produced music for the 2001 film ’All About Lily Chou-Chou’, who later reformed as a real band. This tranquil piece of theirs (composed by their singer Salyu) was used in Quentin Tarantino’s film ’Kill Bill’, and was arranged by Nick Baron for marimba duo and soprano (Jennifer Walker).
