Curly Seckler & The Nashville Grass at Everett’s Music Barn November 1985

This is both sets by the great man. I’m posting it because it’s such a great show. The between-songs patter is as enjoyable as the high quality music. Kenny Ingram is excellent on banjo plus Scruggs-style guitar. Willis Spears echoes the sound of Lester Himself. Johnny Warren carries on the tradition his Dad Paul brought to Flatt & Scruggs and sings some great bass. Bob Rogers does an excellent job on bass. Enjoy!
