Tyrannus - Unslayable (full album, 2022)

Saturday brings with it another release straddling the many genres of metal, in the session which remains (even after two years ) tentatively titled Saturday Assembly, in the form of the ferocious Tyrannus album, Unslayable! Released back in April through True Cult Records, I am reminded of this seething morass of righteously thrashing blackened death metals by the release of Ashenspire album Hostile Architecture, which features Tyrannus member Alasdair Dunn. Both bands are equally capable of unseaming the disingenuously corrupt state of our current sociopolitical climates within the UK, and I am more than happy to give Tyrannus’ voraciously inventive album a bump on the channel, lofting it from the band’s enviable vantage point of Scotland’s peaks to stamp a scaled saurian talon down hard on the countries’ persistent disregard for the nations people. Tapes and shirts, in tee or long-sleeves are still available from the band Cass
