KNCHR pushes for the recognition and protection of intersex persons

The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) is pushing for the recognition and protection of Intersex persons as it conducts a public participation exercise in 24 counties on the Intersex bill 2023. Speaking during a public participation exercise in Nakuru, KNCHR vice chairperson Dr Raymond Nyeris pointed out that public participation on the Intersex Bill 2023 is aimed at ensuring the public gives views on the bill which aims at recognizing intersex persons in Kenya.
