DPRK displays weaponry at military parade in Pyongyang

The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) displayed weaponry in a lavish military parade in central Pyongyang on Saturday. The parade was held to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the country’s ruling party. China has sent a senior official to the DPRK, who watched the event by the side of DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.
