Keratinized tissue improvement around dental implant.

This case is a tricky case, mostly because the bone around the implant is resorbed, leaving a thin layer of attached tissue around it’s collar. So in order to give some good prognosis to this implant, first wee must improve the soft tissue conditions. That is why we have proceed to a free gingival grafting procedure.
