Sim Update 10 Beta VR Stress Test

This is a performance test for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Quite an unfair one though as I’ve loaded it down with the worst case scenario in the shape of an OBS recording of central London photogrammetry a landmark pack and FPS eating rain clouds over everything. This is one of the best performance updates I’ve seen yet. Although the video looks choppy during the swoop through the central district, this is in fact a monumental improvement over not so long ago when it would have been impossible to fly lower then 1000 feet over the same location in a cloudless sky without photogrammetry. DX12 Reprojection has now surpassed DX11 OpenXR Toolkit. In more usual flight scenarios the graphical fidelity is as good as a Rift S can manage. Channel
