Reducing effects of dirty power/rfi/emi problems through underclocking? 5GHz vs

My current theory is that I’m dealing with interharmonics/supraharmonics/electrical noise on AC. (). These harmonic issues can cause inductor and capacitor saturation on power supply equipment, essentially allowing ’dirty power’ to pass inside a PC and generate ripple current inside it. Harmonic distortion inside a PC is bad. Harmonics are bad in general (), but when it comes to DC harmonics inside a PC, you end up with overvoltage events causing stuttering/throttling (you may have disabled CPU throttling in BIOS, but that’s not the only thing that can throttle down, you have NIC’s, USB controllers, sound cards etc.), excessive EMI emission, coil whine, clock drift, data loss, corruption and re-transmission problems etc. When it comes to DC ripple current, higher power draw means worse issues. With this in mind,
