Our Basest Bass On Sleeve As Our Basest Base (1931)

Full titles read: “Our basest bass! A little musical merriment. Featuring Malcolm McEachern - Known to so many as ’Jetsam’.“ London (probably Pathe Studio). Malcolm McEachern introduces his song, ’In Cellar Cool’, as one sung by every bass in the world. A man enters to play the piano, Malcolm stands beside it and sings the song in the original key. Then he takes the song lower and sings again - it is amazing low! As he hits the last note, we see the pianist play the same note - it seems to be about 5 notes from the bottom of the piano!
