SONIC LOBOTOMY # 59 - VICTORY

My good friend Viviam put together a great tour with Victory and The Warriors, and , when they came through Boston, I was fortunate to have her help me book both bands to play my show. Victory are a Oi band from the Minneapolis. They haven’t been around more than a year and a half, and they have already risen to the top of the genre. These guys play catchy and powerful skinhead anthems with conviction. They are a tight unit , powered by a twin guitar attack, and a wall of classic gang vocals. The lyrics are working class and proud. This is Oi done right. Victory are one of the best punk bands that I have ever had on my show. Watch this performance, and you will agree.
