NOTE: Turn on captions Aum Shinrikyo (オウム真理教, Oumu Shinrikyō), now known as Aleph (アレフ), is a Japanese doomsday cult founded by Shoko Asahara in 1984. It carried out the deadly Tokyo subway sarin attack in 1995 and was found to have been responsible for the Matsumoto sarin attack the previous year. Chouetsu Sekai (超越世界) is one of the many anime and manga created by the Aum Shinrikyo in order to appeal to anime and manga fans. There are 10 episodes of this series in total.
