This workout is inspired by the viral ab dance from TikTok, which is a low impact and high intensity movement that targets your entire abdominal area. You’ll be tilting your pelvis, crunching your abs, and swinging your arms to the beat of the music. Trust me, you’ll feel the burn!
We’ll also be doing some other effective exercises to tone your obliques, lower abs, and upper abs, such as plank, flutter kicks, side plank crunches, crossbody mountain climbers, and Russian twists. These exercises will help you strengthen your core, improve your posture, and reduce belly fat.
