Extensive Material Selection

Many structures of Rigid-Flex Design require a local increase in stiffness in the flexible region, an example can be an edge connector on the flexible part of the board. To stiffen individual parts of flexible boards, additional elements are used, called stiffeners. When creating a stack with Altium Designer 21, the range of material selection is expanded. Along with other materials, you can now select (stiffener/adhesives). For their manufacture, various materials are used with the required rigidity.
