Evil eye on the road: a man promised to put a curse on a traffic police inspector for detaining him. In the village of Kuytun in the Irkutsk region, a Toyota Premio driver exceeded the speed limit. After a short chase, he was detained. The man with obvious signs of intoxication refused to undergo a medical examination, the State Traffic Inspectorate for the region reported. At first, he assured the police officer that he lived in the car and was simply driving it down a hill. Then he got angry and said that his “black eyes“ had the power to cast a curse and he would use it against the law enforcement officer. The traffic police found that in 2016, the “sorcerer“ had already been deprived of his driver’s license for drunk driving. Now he faces the same punishment.
