US President Joe Biden and the prime ministers of India, Japan and Australia participated in the joint press conference in Wilmington, Delaware, where Biden offered the unique introduction for the leader of the world’s most populous country. Together the four world leaders make up the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, frequently known as the Quad, a bloc of countries primarily focused on containing China.
