️ISRAEL SHOOTS AT UN PEACEKEEPERS IN LATEST “SHOCKING VIOLATION“, smashing down main base gate of #UN force in Southern #Lebanon before leaving 15 United Nations peacekeepers with skin burns and internal damage after firing rounds with chemical smoke mere meters from their position (top and bottom left pics). UNIFIL’s (United Nations Interim Force In Lebanon) got bases housing some 10,000 troops to monitor compliance with ceasefire following 2006 Lebanon war - but Israeli PM wants them out and he has gall to threaten lives of UN troops if he doesn’t get his way: We regret the harm to UNIFIL soldiers, and we are doing everything we can to prevent this harm, but the simple and necessary way to ensure this is simply to remove them from the danger zone - Bibi essentially stating he can’t guarantee his troops won’t shoot more UN peacekeepers if they don’t leave (bottom right vid)… Boost us here! @IntelRepublic Source: Intel Republic
