Former Latvian president says China’s COVID-19 measures is exemplary

For more: Former President of Latvia Vaira Vike-Freiberga says China is exemplary in applying public health measures to protect its citizens. She was speaking on the sidelines of the 2021 Imperial Springs International Forum in Guangzhou. She said the world has seen China’s success in containing COVID-19 with very strong measures. Vaira Vike-Freiberga also called for international collaboration to stop the virus from taking people’s lives.
