Oleg Boshniakovich plays Schumann’s Kreisleriana

The Russian pianist Oleg Dragomirovich Boshniakovich (1920-2006), who studied with Konstantin Igumnov and Heinrich Neuhaus, is one of those great pianists in the best tradition of the Russian piano school. For some reason he is still not very known outside of Russia, though his CDs used to be quite popular in Japan, and it is thanks to Truecrypt’s channel that I discovered him here on YouTube.
