It’s basically the Ohto Minima ( ) wrapped in a Parker Jotter exterior. The main selling point of the Rays is it’s low price and needlepoint ink. If you prefer a needlepoint pen, then this is an EDC option to try, just keep in mind it’s a gel pen. My favorite pen from Ohto is the Horizon: .
