Bodycam: Wisconsin Man Laughs as He Joyrides Stolen Cop Car Before Being Arrested at Gunpoint

Bodycam and dashcam footage shows a Wisconsin man stealing a police cruiser in December 2022. Milwaukee police arrested Daniel Barton at gunpoint after finding him hiding in a trash can. The 34-year-old was released on bond and stole another cop car from Shorewood police in May 2023.
