KB Hip Shift Mobilization

For the hips shift mobilization, we’re going to start in tall, kneeling, and we’re going to lift one leg up and point those toes out and away from the body. We’re going to then grab a kettlebell or a dumbbell, and we’re going to simply shift our hips towards that lateral leg trying to drive our knees over our toes as well as driving that knee out. You’re going to feel a stretch in the groin as you drop your weight out to the side here, and you’re going to simply shift back and forth, going to your back in this upright position for the prescribed number of repetitions. -- #barbellphysio #thebarbellphysio The Barbell Physio - Improving the world’s of athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
