🎯 Target Areas: flexors of the hip (M. psoas major, M. iliacus, M. rectus femoris (part of your quads)), muscles of your core (abs lower back)
💭 How To Use: include this in your gym or home workout routine e.g. as a finisher at the end
🔧 Equipment: 1x medium-strong strength short resistance band
1x larger mat/bench/chair to elevate your heels1x object to lift your legs over (I used a KB, but it doesn’t have to be a weight)
