Encampment, Wyoming and Failed Backroads Attempt | Might be the Wrong Time for This Road

This is day 4 of the summer 2023 trip to Eastern Nebraska and this video was filmed the last week of July. This video is of trying to find the main backroad south through the mountains. Due to high transmission temperature and a bad erosion channel I went through I decided to turn around since I did not feel comfortable going farther on this road. I hope to one day return and explore this backcountry more, the road to Steamboat would be fun. Also, several unpaved roads come down from I-80 that would be awesome to adventure on!
