SPAGHETTI ALLA PUTTANESCA 🍝 #shorts

Ingredients for 1 portion - 125g spaghetti - 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half - 100g diced canned tomatoes - 4 anchovies - 8 olives, cut in 1/2 - 20 capers - 3 tbsp olive oil - Good pinch of chopped parsley - 3 cloves garlic, crushed - 1/2 long red chilli, sliced thin (or a pinch of dried chilli flakes) - Salt for pasta water (and small pinch for the sauce, be careful it won’t need much) Method 1. Start by cooking your spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water to the packet instructions, normally around 10 minutes. 2. While that’s cooking, in a pan place your anchovies and break them up. Then, add your garlic and chilli and sauté for 2 minutes. 3. Next, add the cherry tomatoes and canned tomatoes followed by the capers and olives. 4. Once the pasta is ready, put directly into the sauce and toss through the parsley. 5. Enjoy!
