Creadores de un estilo propio llamado “Tango Punk“ por su sonido moderno y contemporáneo y por su estética rockera, el grupo se caracteriza por ser creativo, original y bailable. En 2008, dos músicos argentinos residentes en España, Vito Venturino y Pablo Montanelli, reconectan con sus raíces porteñas y forman El Cachivache. Rápidamente atraen la atención de los circuitos Europeos por su distintivo estilo bailable. Una vez vuelven a Buenos Aires en 2013, comienzan a desarrollar sus propias composiciones, que hoy son parte fundamental de su repertorio. A su vez, continúan tocando tangos clásicos, siempre con arreglos originales. Cada año, el Cachivache realiza giras por todo el mundo; han visitado mas de 50 paises en 3 continentes y realizado más de 900 shows en todo el mundo. En 2018 presentan su septimo disco de estudio: “Lujo y Fantasia“ ENGLISH: The Cachivache Quintet is currently one of the most popular tango groups and is widely recognized on the world music circuit. In 2008, two Argentinian musicians living in Spain, Vito Venturino (guitar) and Pablo Montanelli (Piano) reconnect with their Porteñe roots and form the group Cachivache. They quickly attract attention in Europe and Asia for their very distinctively modern style. Once resettled in Buenos Aires, they begin to compose original pieces while also at the same time continuing to thrill dancers and fans of classic tango arrangements with an undeniably contemporary sound.
