Russian Minister of Natural Resources holds talks in North Korea

코즐로프 러시아 천연자원부 장관 북한 방문 Moving on, to a Russian government delegation led by natural resources minister Alexander Kozlov that arrived in North Korea early Tuesday. Kozlov’s arrival took place on the same day as US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin met with UN member states in Seoul. North Korea’s state-run Korean Central News Agency said Wednesday that Russia and North Korea conducted talks on science and technology as well as the economy while announcing their progress on the regime’s ballistic missile program.
