In the 148th episode of Techno Cartel Podcast we are pleased to host Elvin Elvin embodies a vibrant force. She was born with rhythm and groove pulsing through her veins- a reflection of her heritage as the daughter of a legendary Turkish rock & roll drummer. She moved from home country to Madrid in 2013, and found inspiration in the vibrant Spanish electronic music scene, finding herself increasingly drawn to the intricate soundscapes forged by her favorite artists. Since then, she’s played at some of Madrid’s most esteemed venues such as Mondo Disko and Lab the Club, as well as securing international bookings in Berlin, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Belgium. Along her ascendant career path, Elvin has shared lineups with respected artists like Adiel, Ben Klock, Blasha & Allatt, Cravo, Fadi Mohem & Philippa Pacho, amongst others. Her sound is a transcendent blend of classic and modern techno infused with the soul of Detroit, enriched by mesmerizing dubby synths, tribal percussion, and potent basslines which forge a soulful take on machine music.
