Keto Breakfast Cereal Crunch (Low Carb, Gluten Free, Sugar Free ) | The Frugal Chef

This keto breakfast cereal crunch is fabulously crunchy and satisfying. It is loaded in fiber and protein and is only 3 net grams of carbs. Enjoy it in a bowl with low carb milk or as a snack during the day. We are going to use almonds and pecans for this recipe but you can use any combination of nuts that you like - walnuts, cashews, macadamia, hazel nuts, pecans, Brazil nuts or almonds. I also added pumpkin, flax and hemp seeds to this. Feel free to substitute the seeds with chia or sesame seeds as well. You will notice that I did not sweeten this cereal. I find that the coconut lends enough sweetness to it. However, if you would like to sweeten it simply add sweetener of choice and mix it in before adding the frothy egg white and the coconut oil.
